Hong Kong, March 2025 – AllStarswomen did it again with their Hong Kong’s premier Web3 and AI event, Not Your Token, delivered an electrifying experience at AWS, drawing nearly 250 top industry professionals, founders, and tech enthusiasts. With a powerhouse lineup of speakers, interactive sessions, and an engaging demo competition, the event proved that the future of retail and innovation is already here.
The Fun Demo Competition was a crowd favorite, attracting a diverse mix of traditional retail and Web3 enthusiasts. The competition floor was electric as three cutting-edge startups went head-to-head. The crowd erupted when Joinable, led by CEO Brian Chin, clinched victory with a flawless score from our judges—a rare feat in Not Your Token history! Attendees were fully engaged, casting votes alongside honorary judges in a thrilling 50/50 decision. As part of their victory, Joinable will be interviewed by Professor Coral Puig for a case study to be featured in Harvard Business Review, solidifying their breakthrough at Not Your Token.
Industry Leaders Praise Not Your Token’s Unmatched Energy
The audience response was overwhelmingly positive, with international designers and top figures hailing the event as “inspirational and exceptional.” Conversations spanned the evolution of Web3, AI-driven commerce, and the future of connected retail, igniting new ideas and collaborations.
Akina Ho, Co-Founder of Not Your Token and AllStarsWomen, delivered a powerful and motivating speech, reinforcing AllStarsWomen’s mission:

Maryann Tseng, Senior Managing Director of SenseTime, captured the audience with her insights on AI and the future of retail. Evan Auyang, Group President of Animoca Brands, Susan Sams, Chief Officer of Strategic Development at Lane Crawford, and Michael Chan, Managing Director of MTR Lab Company, served as honorary judges, bringing expertise from their respective industries.
Strategic partner David Lake, Chairman of SingularityNET Foundation, and Founding Member of Artificial Superintelligence Association (ASI) traveled from Seattle to deliver a keynote on the importance of global collaboration and innovation in Web3 and AI. Henry Yuen, Head of Business Development, Enterprise at AWS, inspired founders with a speech on persistence and innovation, reflecting on AWS’s origins. The energy peaked during a ‘hype’ session led by James Kwan of Jumpstart Media, a long-time ally of AllStarsWomen, whose dynamic presence sparked excitement and applause throughout the room.
